Scope of application

The retroreflective sign measuring instrument is also called the retroreflective coefficient measuring (determining) instrument for reflective school uniforms in primary and secondary schools. It is a special instrument used to measure the retroreflective coefficient (R) of traffic on reflective school uniforms.
