YT7040 Type Vulcanized Rubber Brittleness Temperature Tester

Scope of application

This equipment is used to determine the maximum temperature of vulcanized rubber under specified conditions when the sample is damaged by impact, that is, the brittle temperature. It can be used for comparative evaluation of the performance of plastics and other elastic materials under low temperature conditions. It can determine the brittleness temperature and low temperature performance of different rubber materials or different formulations of vulcanized rubber. Therefore, it is indispensable in the quality inspection of scientific research materials and products, and the control of the production process. This instrument is designed according to national standards, and its technical indicators comply with "GBT 1682-2014 Determination of Low Temperature Brittleness of Vulcanized Rubber Single Specimen Method" and "GB/T15256 Low Temperature Brittleness of Vulcanized Rubber Multiple Specimen Method" and "GB5470 Plastic Impact Embrittlement Temperature Test methods" and other national standards.
